Producer Notes: "Our everyday shiraz, the majority of which is sourced from a vineyard that used to be the heart of Rosemount's Super Premium Balmoral Shiraz, now 65 year old dry grown, situated in the heart of Blewitt Springs. All hand picked, cold soaked for 2 days, and fermented in open vats with hand plunging before racking to old large oak. We have also blended about 5% of our Blewitt Springs Mataro into this wine for fragrance and lift."
