Producer Notes - "Made from a blend of 20% Pinot Blanc and 80% Auxerrois (37 yo vines) whole bunch pressed with natural fermentation with 15% of this wine aged in barrel on fine lees for 8 months. This shows classic white flower and citric aromas leading to a crisp and refreshing palate. No malo on this wine to retain as much natural acidity as possible."
