This immaculate vineyard in the Upper Yarra produces some of the region's finest fruit, released only in the years when winemaker Franco d'Anna deems it good enough. The 2018 bottling, according to Franco, is a wine for the record books, with perfect balance achieved between perfume, structure and body. The wine sees a touch of whole bunch, something Franco feels bring fineness and purity to the tannin structure, and time in foudre. Most definitely a bottle to snap up while it's still available.
