This Etna Bianco is made with Carricante (80%) and Catarratto (20%) grapes grown on a volcanic soil vineyard in Solicchiata, Castiglione di Sicilia, at an altitude between 700-1000 m above sea level.

Producer note "Straw yellow in color with golden highlights, it has a delicate fruity aroma, with hints of tropical fruit and yellow-fleshed fruit, white pepper, and flint. The flavor is persistent, full-bodied, and fresh, with mineral notes."
