'Picked from a certified organic vineyard in Balhannah, south facing slopes, single cordon and both cane and spur pruning, single clone I10V1. Displays light golden colour with aromas and flavours of brioche, roasted almonds, and hints of butterscotch and stone fruit. The taste is vibrant with smooth acid and long finish as result of ageing in new Puncheon (500 L) 40 % the rest in seasoned French barriques for about 15 months, long aftertaste and defined acidity with a savoury touch.'
