Taste MMAD New Releases
We’ll be joined by Marion Cazorla this Saturday, who will be pouring the stunning new releases from MMAD in Blewitt Springs.
Many of you will be familiar with the project, brought to the market by the people behind Shaw + Smith and Tolpuddle. Carefully selecting sites with exceptional soil profiles, featuring not only the light sands that Blewitt is best known from, but also the rich layer of ironstone some of the better sites have sitting just below.
The vineyards pre-date the MMAD project, with vines aged anywhere from 60 to 85 years old in several parcels. For this reason, a lot of energy is put into strengthening the microbiome within each terroir, bolstering the vineyards which they hope will be there long after MMAD is gone.
