Domaine Edmond Monnot Maranges 1er Cru Les Clos Roussots Rouge 2020

Producer Notes - "The estate was created by my grandfather at the end of the 1920s. Currently, it covers 8.50 hectares mainly in the "Maranges" appellation (80% of the surface area) in red and white. The vines are worked using sustainable methods with the support of a technician; we practice short cordon de royat pruning and rigorous disbudding. The Domaine has been evolving since 2009, which has allowed us to gain finesse and fruit. 2009 saw the construction of a vat room which allows us to work by gravity. Since 2011 we have harvested the entire estate in 50 litre boxes to preserve the grapes intact until the sorting table. - Stéphane Monnot"
