Fervor Holy Ghost Pet Nat 2023

Father and Son project focusing on vineyards in the Great Southern. Mike Garland has been making wine for Castelli for the last 10 years and this is his new project. The fruit is sourced from Mike's friends in the great Southern and Mike has a proven track record of being one of Western Australia's finest wine makers

"Our first truly collaborative wine. Utilizing Great Southern Riesling, fermented to dryness combined with Victorian Fiano picked slightly leaner with some retained sugar to complete the 'Pet Nat' process. A few buckets of Nero D’Avola to get a touch of blush and fruit sweetness completes the story."
