Producer Notes - "This wine represents another step in the progression of our winemaking for this variety, prior to releasing a fully-fledged Estate Vineyard wine, for which the first release is expected next year (April 2024).

A compote of soft poached pears, melon, apricot kernel, and Meyer lemon scented leaves, with a gentle zephyr of smoky, peaty aromas wafting in the background. Immediately satisfying with its richness and creamy belly of spiced white stone fruits, corseted by refreshing acidity and a fine streak of phenolics to ensure it keeps its athleticism.
