Domaine Roulot Eau de Vie de Poire William 500ml
Domaine Roulot was founded in 1830 by Guillaume Roulot in Meursault, France. Paul Roulot replanted the vineyard during the First World War, and from 1950-1960 his son, Guy Roulot, managed the vineyard. After his death, this historical vineyard and cellar was looked after by American wine maker, Ted Lemon (now Littorai wines), until 1989. Today, the estate is run by Jean-Marc Roulot, and the vineyards are considered some of the most prestigious in the region.
