Unico Zelo Truffle Hound Nebbiolo Barbera 2022

Don't let the name fool you - no truffles were harmed in the making of this wine. Though with a glass of this vibrant, moreish drop, you might find some truffle fries is just what you need. A very Vino Italiano blend of Barbera, Sangiovese, Nebbiolo and Merlot, this red is fresh and a little spicy, with enough juicy fruit to serve all through the summer.

Skillogalee Riesling 2023

Classic Clare Valley Riesling from the very well-established winery, Skillogalee. The grapes grow on soaring hills some 500m above sea level. The wine is bristling with Clare character, think Bickford's lime cordial, orange blossom and heady scents of jasmine, all underlain by ripping acidity and freshness from growing at high altitudes.

Rockridge Riesling Clare Valley 2023

Rockridge figured out pretty early how to make premium-quality wines at value driven prices, and have yet to produce a wine that left us feeling anything other than ready for another glass. Perhaps better known for their benchmark Riesling, don't sleep on Pike's reds. Dark and savoury, the rustic red earth and dark fruit of the tempranillo balances nicely alongside plump, plush fruit and cracked black pepper of the Shiraz. A dark, full bodied red to enjoy on a cold night.

Museum Pack - 2013 Jim Barry Spring Farm Block

The Spring Farm block showed immediate promise for Riesling, with its windswept hills at high altitudes and tiny micro-climate pockets with bountiful sunshine to warm the cool slopes. Released after 10 years in the cellar, it's drinking beautifully now showing all the best characters of aged Aussie Riesling - candied lime peel, waxy lily petal florals, fresh sourdough & butter.
