Thousand Candles Gathering Field Pinot Noir 2022

The gathering field pinot noir consists of 100% estate grown fruit from their Yarra Valley vineyards. All picked by hand, the fruit is then fully destemmed and naturally fermented. The result is a lovely cherry and pomegranate driven wine with fine tannins and a hint earthiness which reflects a vintage of great quality.

Thousand Candles Gathering Field Pinot Noir 2023

It's not hard to see why this wine was a gold medallist at the Yarra Valley Wineshow, savoury and structured, yet pretty and soft. Balance is key, and the Gathering Fields has it in spades. Expect lively tannins and tart pomegranate juice bursts of acidity. Notes on the nose of red cherry, forest berry and a whiff of dusty terracotta earth.
