Pete Schell, winemaker at Spinifex, took one look at the 'more is more' mentality of the Barossa Valley and knew it wasn't for him. If you're worried that a rosé from the Barossa is going to be as hot and heavy as many of the reds are, let us put your mind at ease. Spinifex has crafted a rosé just as crisp and refreshing as any good Provençal rosé. Bright scents of pink grapefruit zest upfront, the palate is refreshingly mineral, with a Campari-orange bitterness to the finish.
