The Seppeltsfield Paramount Collection is inspired by the traditional Spanish and Portuguese 'fractional blending' method of aging wines. This classic Dry Apera was sourced from the historic treasure trove of fortified wine at Seppeltsfield. This Amontillado blend consists of DP116 (Aged Flor Apera) and DP117 (Dry Flor Apera).

Est. in 1851, Seppeltsfield is one of Barossa’s oldest wineries. With that in mind, it’s unsurprising they make such top-notch drops.
