Rill House 'Dashing Red Fox' Pinot Noir 2022

Handpicked and wild yeast fermented, only three barrels were made in 2022. Matured for one year in a blend of old and new French oak hogsheads. Red fruited on the nose and palate, cherries, cranberries and a touch of oak spice, a finer floral style of pinot noir grown at 650m above sea level in the Macdeon Ranges. Made by Matt Harrop (Silent Way) and Loic Le Calvez (Chandon).
