Emiliana Adobe Carmenere 2022

This full bodied Carménère is juicy and flavoursome, packed with flavours of blackcurrant, roasted capsicum, dark chocolate and charred herbs. Tannins are soft and velvety, giving a nice, rounded structure. As an added bonus, the wine is 100% organic and also vegan friendly --- though our dream pairing for this wine is definitely a steak straight off the BBQ.

Their Adobe Pinot Noir is a particular favourite of ours, hitting that perfect sweet spot between juicy raspberries, fresh violet florals and aniseed spice. Overdelivering hugely for its modest price. A great pair with a rich braised dish.
