Shobbrook Wines

Shobbrook Wines are the Barossa brainchild of Tom Shobbrook, a true winemaking artist in every sense of the word.

Part of the burgeoning Natural Wine Movement, he is in effect making wine just as naturally as possible — using the wild yeasts that are part of each vineyard's ecosystem, and adding only a tiny amount of sulphur before bottling.

Tom also has another brand - Didi Wines - making thoughful, Europen styled wines in the Adelaide Hills.
