Kreglinger Vintage Brut 2006
Balance is the key to this wines success; all the elements are very much in place. You’ll find fruit purity, excellent acid and maturity developed after several years in bottle. It is a classic cool-climate sparkling wine from the Pipers River region with oodles of length and depth of flavour; minerality and brioche and cashew nut nuances, hints of spice and oyster shell characters and a delightful creamy mousse. It would be a great aperitif served with fresh oysters or canapés.
