The extremely yields were minuscule, which helps explain the concentration, huge drive, intense freshness and length. The wine was fermented (both primary and full malolactic) in both 228-litre barrique casks and Wineglobe (glass). Aging was for 22 months in barrel and globe, and then a further 8 months in tank before bottling without fining or filtration. It has only recently been bottled. We’re expecting a long life for this tiny release.
