Pietradolce Etna Rosso DOC 2022
100% Nerello Mascalese from a single vineyard near the village of Castiglione di Sicilia. These are from younger vines, only 40-50 years old! Aged mostly in steel with a short passage in old barrels, this is bright and juicy with red fruits, the palate pleasingly tannic and refreshing with classic mineral notes of Nerello from Etna.

Perhaps better known for their benchmark Riesling, don't sleep on Pike's reds. Dark and savoury, the rustic red earth and dark fruit of the tempranillo balances nicely alongside plump, plush fruit and cracked black pepper of the Shiraz. A dark, full bodied red to enjoy on a cold night.

Pirie Non Vintage Northern Tasmania is widely recognised for the quality of sparkling wine produced in the true cool climate of 41-42°S. Producer Notes - "Place of Changing Winds is roughly equidistant between Mount Macedon and Mount Bullengarook, hence the name of this cuvée, which is essentially the most representative Pinot of the season. This year, the POCW team decided to see if a blend of the three white grapes they have in the cellar might work as well as the Tradition red. They were blown away by the result, and so were we. This is one-third Chardonnay from a new Dominique Laurent Tronçais cask and two-thirds Marsanne and Roussanne.
