The palate has a nervous energy of natural acids, with opulent red fruits and forest floor flavours. The Springflat Shiraz engages you from the moment it hits your mouth. Its tannins have a hugely attractive feel to them, and are a defining feature of this wine (and the vintage). They wrap up a very long finish, and will stand up in the cellar for many years.
