Warm, dry weather in late January and into early February allowed the grapes to fully ripen in excellent condition. Yields were high and the quality was exceptional.The 2025 Domenica Estate Chardonnay was handpicked, over the course of 10 days, by block and clone in mid February. The fruit was crushed, pressed and chilled in stainless steel overnight.This year has produced a wine of purity and true representation of site. Stone fruit, white flowers and ginger aromatics lead to a mineral driven entry.
